Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the brand or an official UK distributor — never grey-market imports. Batches are checked before they’re added to stock at our Wigan warehouse.
How fast is delivery? add
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day and typically arrive next working day across the UK. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s dispatched.
Do you check ID / age on orders? add
Yes. We’re an 18+ only retailer and use age verification at checkout and on delivery, in line with UK regulations. If we can’t confirm your age, we won’t ship the order.
What’s your returns policy? add
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Faulty devices are covered separately — get in touch and we’ll sort a replacement or refund, no back-and-forth.
Which nicotine strength should I pick? add
It depends on how much you currently smoke or vape. As a general guide: light smokers usually start around 3–6mg, regular smokers around 10mg, and heavy smokers around 20mg. Our buying guide above has a quick cheatsheet.
